Only a week off? Should give them a year or so to think about how good the union is.

I think the economic future of this country depends in large part on absolutely destroying unions.

They should be busted, locked out, banned, shunned and quarantined as the outdated, crushing, destructive, uncompetitive labor monopolies they are.

.....NOW HIRING.....

Start taking apps, with interviews to start next Monday.

Workers will cave before the week-end.

These SEIU thugettes were not getting pay cuts or increases in the cost of health care.

They were asked to pay some of their share of their Dental Plans.

Everyone is terrified that they may lose their jobs. Yet the Union thugs seem to think they are immune. Take a day off to party (picket) and expect to be welcomed back. Maybe the Jail is interviewing people that would actually appreciate a job.

Behrens said the main sticking point is what the union sees as a huge increase in health care costs employees must pick up. She said even though Prison Health Services is offering 3 percent wage increases, those are more than offset by the 30 percent health care cost increase.

The union says the company agreed to a 10 percent increase in wage and health care benefits, but is now backtracking and instead proposing cuts.

Starting nurses at the facilities make approximately $40.50 an hour.
