Where is Captain Crew Cut when you need her? Crying about SPLC-reported Gadsen flag-waving 60-year olds or about 200,000 Latino gang members who

Remember how we kissed the ass of the Mexican when we accidentally went onto their lands, apologies galore, th3e AP whimpered as some fence worker ate his lunch in foreign terriory.

Where is Plugs, Okenyan, Crew Cut, Holder-the-Terror-Defender?

The drug related violence pandemic that has been occurring in Mexico for the last two years is criminally under-reported. The number of people killed in drug-related violence is around 18,000, dwarfing the number killed in Iraq and Afghanistan combined the last several years.

Is this what it takes to finally get This administration’s attention? It’s a war but our side doesn’t seem to have shown up yet.

Killing diplomats is an act of war. I’m sure Zer0 will respond forcefully and appropriately. *snort*

I’m really getting sick of having to read about American news events in the foreign press.

The US Government cares more about the Mexican Murderers than American Citizens.

After the slayings, the State Department announced that US diplomats working in consulates along Mexico's northern border had been authorised to send family members home because of security concerns.

Wow. The big Zero seems to have gotten his game plan from his predecessor.

I think at some point each state will have to secede from the Union and protect itself from third world savages. Neither political party nor the govt seems interested in it.

...AND news media and Federal Government are SIILENT. This was published — in the AUSTRALIAN?! Our nation should give this ultimatum to Mexico: (1) Capture and turn over the perps and planners of these assassinations within one week (2) secure your NORTHERN border from all drug traffickers, or your government will be held responsible for ANY actions they take (3) failure to do these things in a timely manner will be considered an invitation for the United States military to launch an expeditionary force into northern Mexico to SECURE the borders. Of course, this would not BE an issue if our own Government did their Constitutional duty to secure our borders in the first place.

I'm afraid that this is the Bush legacy although I don't expect Obama to do anything to improve the situation.

I don't know if there is even a savior on the horizon in our political future.

The wages of sin are death. The wages of prohibition are corruption, violence and murder.

When will enough be enough?

Not sure we have the forces with the two wars currently being prosecuted. But there is a significant danger here in continuing to ignore this problem. The MS-13 gangs, the border town skirmishes, etc all need to be dealt with severely. Many of the youth here in San Antonio are getting involved in gangs and until something severe is done, they will continue to scare the cops and law-abiding people. Somewhere you have to draw the line. I don’t care how well funded these narcos are - they are nowhere near as equipped and trained as well as the US Military.
