BS, EPA was created in the 1970’s when democrats had a majority in Congress.

Democrats had a majority for 60 years before 1994 when Republicans finally took “power”( a bare majority). In that
time in those 60 years Democrats created many thousands of government agencies and programs, the big
government we know today, NONE of which republicans created.
I have links that show Bush abolished hundreds of agencies and government programs.

In addition Bush cut hundreds of government programs and agencies which more than offset the handful of things you claim which
most of that is before 1994 and Homeland security was for national security so conservatives were
for that.

Quit trying to scapegoat Democrats for Republican treachery.

Quote:

According to the publication "The Guardian: Origins of the EPA," President Nixon declared his intention to establish the Environmental Protection Agency with Reorganization Plan Number 3, dated July 9, 1970. Reorganization Plan Number 3 can be found in the Congressional Record, Vol 116, H 6523 (91st Congress, 2nd Session).

Which ones?

“BS, EPA was created in the 1970’s when democrats had a majority in Congress.”

EPA was created by Richard Nixon, Republican.

“NONE of which republicans created.”

So, they opposed every single big government program? Really? In the 1935 Social Security vote, 16 Republican senators said “yay” and only 4 said “nay” (5 abstained). It was better on Medicare, but 13 voted “yea” on it anyway.

“I have links that show Bush abolished hundreds of agencies and government programs.”

He created quite a bit too.

“Homeland security was for national security so conservatives were
for that.”

Smart conservatives realized “Homeland Security” (an Orwellian name if there ever was one) was an unnecessary rearrangement of the Titanic’s deck chairs. It wasted BILLIONS.
