Good.

Then we agree.

But I don’t have deeper motives, other than the ones I’ve freely disclosed.

I’m not sure what the toughkeyboardguy means but I’ll take it if its good.

I’m not understanding your animus here. I stand on my original post. I will fight against this government, and for the principles on which this country was founded - that includes the Constitution. The current “country” I’m finding myself living in is not the one in which I grew up in. I shouldn’t need to explain any further.

Be careful with the term because it isn’t the same as it is used today.

Roosevelt went after corruption which is what we have here and also unfettered capitalism. The country has drifted WAY too far but it was necessary at the time. The man had his faults but being a leader and an outsider was a trait greatly needed at the time.

We need people to fix corruption more than anything else IMO. The latest gimick with Obamacare illustrates it to a T. I’ll take a leader any day of the week over what we have.

Sarah just happens to embody a career of anti-corruption AND conservative values. Best of both worlds.

Endorsing McCain is a minor issue IMO and demonstrates loyalty and street smarts. I am ok with that.

She is the keybote speaker at the TEA PARTY EXPRESS IN SEARCHLIGHT, NV, ON SATURDAY!

Are you going? I would love to be there.

I hope those self-centered Libertoons won't try to hijack it.

You are right it was a lousey field...and I believe along the way some deals were made as we saw candidates drop out like flies. McCain was left,...but I knew what BO would do to this country, just as we are seeing, so I voted for McCain (painfully so). Then he of course blew it.

Caww are initials plus...go by CW

“That's your opinion. Campaign finance reform attacked the First Amendment.”

So, that's not the Constitution? Since when? Oh.. and his execrable antics go beyond that.

If you want a pissing contest, I live in San Diego and 20 miles north of the largest and busiest border crossing
in the world, San Diego - Tijuana.
I know about illegals first hand and another reason I support Sarah Palin who is aginst illegals and amnesty.

” I shouldn’t need to explain any further.”

You don’t. I’m just trying to clarify what I meant, since you seemed to take a different take.

Loyalty to country is the same as loyalty to the principles of the founding and the Constitution. It isn’t loyalty to the government. So, were you disagreeing with me or did I really misread you, earlier?

Did you read her book? She holds a high opinion of him. Nobody will change that. It came as no surprise to me that when he called on her, she agreed to campaign for him. I remember thinking to myself at the time “imagine the delicious delight that Sarah must be taking from knowing that the career senator probably thinks he needs HER help in HIS home state,... little ole Sarah Palin, the former governor, the one the media trashed and called ‘the quitter’, the same Sarah Palin, now the biggest star in the whole conservative movement and best selling author” and now he likely thinks he needs her.” My what a difference a year makes.

Just like she made it on her own from the PTA to the Governorship in Alaska, she made it back to the top from the ashes of the media and a failed campaign that was was not responsible for.

She’ll make it to the WH too, if that’s what she wants.

I keep my faith in the Lord and stand with those who do likewise. Until my last breath I will fight for the country I grew up in - the country my forebearers fought and died to create.

McCain did nothing to stop the smears his own employees were spreading. That constitutes de facto approval of their actions. And for campaign lieutenants to do something like that in the middle of a campaign for President, and then not get fired for doing so, points strongly to the completely reasonable conclusion that their boss put them up to it.

I didn't accuse you of having those motives; I was referring to the usual swarm that starts and cheerleads the anti-Palin threads.

I’m not sure what the toughkeyboardguy means but I’ll take it if its good.

The whole "Got it?" thing. Unnecessary. ;-)

Go look at your post and tell me what you were trying to claim, the entire short post is a fake quote from me that you then answered, and it doesn’t even fit with my post that you jumped in on.

As far as having one account and a ten year history.

You have zero posts for 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, you only posted a few times in the year 2004 and then suddenly showed up again a few weeks ago, yet you signed up in 2000, where have you been?

Hey! I would have even voted for Hitlary, as much as I disliked every bit of her, over Obama....any thing to keep this terror from getting into office. So I have no problem over anyone voting for a Rino if that’s the only choice. I’d even go so far as saying McCain would be better than Bo...even Clinton himself!!!!

“Then he of course blew it.”

That was his job. He was supposed to lose. Just like Dole.

McCain’s agenda mirrors Obama’s differing only by degree. McCain would’ve pushed Amnesty first - then the DNC would have overwhelming support from the new “citizens” to do what they are doing now.

I so agree.

Just the other day, my dad and I were talking on the phone and reminiscing about when Reagan was president. We didn't have to worry about things like all of this going on today. We never even thought about things like this. And we felt pretty safe back then, too.

It’s not a freakin quote I just used quotes in a general sense. Please move past my use of quotation marks I have admitted that they are not grammatically correct.

“You have zero posts for 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, you only posted a few times in the year 2004 and then suddenly showed up again a few weeks ago, yet you signed up in 2000”

That’s true.

“where have you been?”

Working.
