I am a third generation native of San Diego.

I like to “go home” a lot.

To visit.

I can relate. My dad retired in Washington, DC after 28 years in the Navy. So, a lot of my family is still there (northern VA). I went to high school there.

I go visit, because I love seeing my family.

But the nice thing is, then I leave. :-)

BTW, we lived in San Diego also, when I was a little one.
