**Wouldn’t this be sweet. Especially after the way the justices were attacked by the Kenyan during his SOTU Show.**

Wouldn’t it be nice if the Justices were looking for a little “payback”.

Wouldn’t it be nice if they only followed the Constitution?

Why do you think Obama attacked them in the first place???

He knew darn well his HCR bill was unconstitutional.

His verbal attacks give him (at least in his mind) leverage to say that the upcoming ruling is politically motivated, and thus invalid. He may use such a ruling against his bill to somehow punish the court for it’s political stance, and push for some type of retribution in the form of justice removal, or constitutional amendment to override.
At the very least, maybe he thought that by attacking the court, they might be less likely to rule against him, simply to avoid the charge of a politically motivated ruling. Either way, there is no doubt that it is all tied into his agenda to overthrow the court as well.
