That’s the point. Sarah supporting McCain won’t make a difference in the attitudes against McCain.

Then you won’t vote for those on that list who supported McCain, right?

If he does then the question would be: What good did a very active Palin endorsement do?

Right! It appears that all Sarah is doing is harming her credibility. Everyone knows who McLame is, and what he stands for. McLame told us, You have nothing to be concerned about with O. Now, if you campaign for him, what does that say? We already have enough misrepresentation. I'm not trying to be unreasonable, just logical.

Marxism is here and if you believe we should fight it then we need a warrior not an intellectual elitist. We have an American Pioneer, a veritable John Wayne in a skirt, either get on the wagon or get out of the way, the rest of us have a country to save.

For some odd reason, last night I went looking for some info on Allende's communist takeover of Chile in 1970, and his ill-fated three-year reign. The parallels are interesting.

Salvador Allende

There is no RINO solution to our predicament.

I like Norman Podhoretz, but his recitation of ‘known Reagan’ before he was elected is chilling.

Reagan’s Morning in America told me all I needed to know. His campaign in 1979 and 80 drove home the fact that he had a good head on his shoulders.

Reagan didn’t go out to campaign for someone on a par with John MeCain. So I really don’t know where this guy is coming from.

As for the intellectuals of the party, perhaps Podhertz has a point in that the elites hated Reagan too. In that Palin echos Reagan, I and others cherish that part of her, and hold nothing but disdain for the elites or intellectuals of the party, that have consistently failed to grasp that message and fully support it and the people who deliver it.

What is troubling for me, and Podhertz cannot explain away, is how a person can one day back a despicable man like John MeCain who rules for five years of his six year term as a democrat, then the very next day travels to another venue to claim she is one with Conservatives, the Tea Party. Anyone who can flip the switch that easily troubles me intensely.

John, please don’t convolute understanding just to gain support for a single candidate. It is destructive.

“What she thinks comes right out without pauses for guile.”

Which is exactly why Obama umms and uhhs so incessantly when off the teleprompter.

When he’s uming and uhing and ahing, it’s a clear signal his teleprompter operator better have his resume up to date.

Well, now that you’ve stated your choice, just who would you support? As I see it, none of them are perfect so I would expect you to support the least imperfect one of the bunch. Of course now you’re back to voting for the lesser of two (or more) evils. Until that “perfect” candidate comes along (and we treated the last Perfect Person rather badly) all we’re going to get is choices between Imperfect Candidate A and Imperfect Candidate B. Sarah’s imperfection seems to be her support for McCain (spit!). Even with her support he’s having a tough time drumming up support from the voters so he may not win anyway. In any case, she’ll still be around, imperfectly perhaps but still better than any of the others I see out there.

“I will not support or vote for someone that is aiding and abetting a known open borders, pro-amnesty candidate..”

Your just proving your irrelevancy. Your non vote is already accounted for in the polls with the rest of the 1 %rs.

Embrace your reality.

You know nothing if you think Palin is harming herself with anybody but a few 1%rs.

She has conservative support, she doesn’t have the establishment. McCain helps her with that.

Podheretz is right on the money.

Apparently you have forgotten Pete Wilson and others. Reagan was smart enough to know he needed a coalition as is Palin.

Pete has a moderate/liberal leaning, not doubt about it. Did he hang with Soros, Kennedy, Kerry, and their friends, or anyone of that caliber? Keep in mind, these folks wanted nothing less than to turn this nation into a Marxist nation.

MeCain has actually formed working groups with them.

I’m quite sure Pete has had his hands in Schwarzegger and Whitman’s entry into the gubernatorial races, so there’s no love lost there.

Coalition yes... selling out your principles no.

Is that what what Sarah wants? The establishment? Just read where the head of the establishment is spending his time. Did you see the article.... ???

GOP family values? Michael Steele’s RNC ran up almost $2K at strip club.

“Is that what what Sarah wants? The establishment? “

Do you think Reagan selected Bush in a vacuum? That was to get the establishment.

Ummm, you only want the establishment if you want to win lol.

If you don’t you can get your 1% and feel grand that you have your principles as the country goes down the toilet.

Well, I do know that if the establishment are those who want McCain-Feingold, illegal amnesty, cap and trade and the typical Washington corruption I don’t need it. It’s how we got in this mess in the first place.

Reagan is dead, and was replaced by corrupt political frauds. Reagan was president many years ago, when America was still recognizable. The great Reagan is long gone, unfortunately.

You obviously failed to notice, in the past 10 years, things have changed radically and violently regarding our bleeding, chaotic lawless borders.

You think Reagan would support pro-amnesty candidates right now, in today's America? Lets see if you can answer this honestly.

In fact its so bad, ya got Texans impersonating illegal aliens to avoid criminal charges.

It's so bad today, it was discovered that Bush's Homeland Security chief had people wandering around the inside of his private residence that were in the country illegally. This during war time!

The landscape is littered with tens of thousands of American victims of robbery, burglary, murder, rape, identity theft, drunk driving, not to mention costing the American people hundreds of billions supporting millions of these illegal aliens.

Drunken illegal aliens even slaughtered the writer and director of the "A Christmas story" and his young son recently.

You think tens of thousands of American victim of this violent epic invasion are going to support someone that aids and abets open borders, pro-amnesty politicians?

Ya think these victims somehow missed the GOP supporting pro-illegal alien politicians?

And you call tens of thousands of these victims 1%s, and irrelevant?

I've had a belly full of your types and your better of two evil, corrupt, fraudulent candidates.

Your stinking compromise over principle, profits regardless of consequences and party over patriotism has all but left America dead on the floor!

Spit*

You need to go back on the meds before you blow up a building.

You’re a fringer who votes for people who are lucky to get 1-2% of the vote.

Enjoy your life in political obscurity...and watch out for those black helos lol.

Palin is the most conservative person who will run for President and be a viable candidate. She has a great following and record.
