>> I support his position on immigration. It all comes down to securing the border. And he who has actually proposed some solutions...
The entire thought needs to be considered.
What “thought”? A trained monkey could have had a more coherent answer.
Woops missy you just lost my support...... send my money back and I am burning your autographed book.
It is, which is why we are aghast.
Anybody who is blathering about how her Mccain support is just about her loyalty to Mccain and she should be given a pass....needs to reevaluate themselves after telling the world she supports that RINO on immigration.
And in the proper context no less!
"In the long term, if you alienate the Hispanics,
youll pay a heavy price.
By the way, I think the fence is least effective.
But Ill build the G****mned fence if they want it!"
U.S. SEN. JOHN MCCAIN, FEB. 2007
"We need to sit down as Americans
and recognize these are Gods children as well.
And they need some protection under the law;
they need some of our love and compassion."
U.S. SEN. JOHN MCCAIN, 28 NOV. 2007
"There are jobs that Americans will not do,
so we have to make it possible for someone to come
to this country to do a job that an American wont do
and then go back to the country from where they came."
U.S. SEN. JOHN MCCAIN, 16 OCT. 2004
Some sort of immigration law reform is worthy of consideration. But “the problem” will not be solved by securing the border. Palin doesn’t appear to be the right person to lead the GOP. Her instincts are to mimic whatever McCain says. Hello! You’re not running on the McCain ticket anymore!
I read it. I just made my mind up. I will never vote for John's puppet the former governor of Alaska. As near as I can tell she has a popularity addiction it seems and is NOT good POTUS material. A POTUS we need will if need be have the courage to tell even members of their own party they are wrong and explain why. She seems to lack this quality. Next candidate please.
I'm glad we have several more years so maybe her popularity tours will run it's course and a really needed more disciplined Conservative step up for the job. I had not made up my mind till reading this and now my mind is indeed made up.
Her apologetics for McCain stands in the way of a needed replacement. She is doing Conservatism nor herself no favors in supporting McCain and endorsing even going as far as promoting his pathetic record as being good. Sellout John never met a liberal deal he didn't like. I suspect by this she would if elected do much the same as well.
How can she be defended when she says things like this?
Let’s not confuse popularity with competance.
