Unless of course they change the coverage applications to be so lengthy and confusing that even a “t” left uncrossed or an “i” un dotted could be grounds for denying coverage due to misinterpretation....???
Just saying, I look for the ins companies to do whatever they can or have to in order to stay in business against the regime.
Folks, I understand the issue here, but believe it or not, there are many people who simply are dropped from coverage, lost their job, or got laid off, lose their insurance, or have a sick child born to their family and can’t add them to their existing policy, in the process of switching insurance policies, they drop you for some “unknown circumstance that you didn’t know you had”, etc. Yes, it is unfair that companies should be made to foot the bill for this, but what other recourses are avaialable for people in this situation?..This is, and I hate myself for saying this, where the government needs to step in.
