>"We simply said that obviously deranged, self-ridiculing stunts devoid of the slightest chance of achieving anything are not activities to be encouraged or lauded. "

You are tired and old, go back to sleep, leave freedom for the willing.

Does this mean that you generally approve of obviously deranged, self-ridiculing stunts devoid of the slightest chance of achieving anything?

Obviously deranged? By whose standards? The ENEMEDIA'a?

People are getting fed up with this COMMUNIST REVOLUTION!

Here's a tip buddy. Step away from the foolaide dispenser, (aka the obama azz kissing machine, or tv) and quit trying to pass US the cup!

Yes, obviously deranged.

Making things up and playing pretend in reaction to those fantasies at that age tends to indicate some form of dementia or derangement.

“Obviously deranged? By whose standards? The ENEMEDIA’a?”

The media had nothing to do with this. The Lt. Commander embraced the self-evident fiction that he can form his own Grand Jury and go about willy nilly indicting people. Silly but harmless, I suppose. Except he then went to the next level, the idea that he could arrest people based on the findings of his own personal fantasy Grand Jury. Then he tried to act on that idea, which is inevitably the point that simple realities obvious to the sane among us will intervene.

Edmund Burke, "All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing."

Lay down, and go back to sleep. Is that your plan?

Unless you can come up with something tangible, please refrain from criticizing Patriots!

Anyone possessing familiarity with Edmund Burke would also know that he was an eminently rational man. By doing something, he would not mean obviously deranged, self-ridiculing stunts devoid of the slightest chance of achieving anything. If that is what passes for patriotism these days, then we are truly lost.

Delusional temper tantrums are neither heroic nor of benefit to anyone.

Sometimes even the paranoid are justified, because someone really is out to get them.

What constitutes delusional? A belief in the non real? Exactly what is the "non real" that this patriot believes in?

That he can constitute his own personal Grand Juries and go around arresting whoever hasn’t done whatever he wants. How anyone can even pretend to take that seriously is beyond me.

Perhaps that’s true, yet I”m unable to locate where (in their law) it states that. Have you found it?

It looks like Russia all over again. If you have thoughts of enforcing the constitution, they will have re-education camps with mental health professionals dealing the shock treatments.

You believe that words “mean” something. The attorneys over the years have explained away clear meanings with legal mumbo jumbo that passes for intelligence in the court system. When the constitution requires something, it does not really require anything at all once it has been massaged by attorneys and judges. If you feel like your world is spinning out of control, I can understand that. Nothing means much of anything anymore. The only thing that matters to the Supreme court is how to allow everything communist and tyrannical to be admitted under the commerce clause.

Yes, Russia all over again.

It was common in Russia for citizens to post their conspiracy theories about the government on the Internet for all to see, to show up freely at their local government offices to repeatedly berate local commissars for not letting them indict their rulers, and then to show up with a phantasamagorical citizen's arrest warrant to disrupt an actual Grand Jury proceeding to try and arrest a local commissar, only to be rebuffed by polite requests to leave the room, to finally be escorted from the room, then arrested by police officers repeatedly requesting that you please stop resisting, then to be released on bond and returned home.

I'm sure the Gulag residents now pity us for the far worse ordeal a deranged ex-Lt. Commander brought upon himself.

No, actually it's completely straight forward. Individual terms are limited to two years, but there is no limit on the number of consecutive terms one may serve. That's not hard to understand. It's not mumbo jumbo, a legal parlor trick, or any kind of smoke and mirrors. It's not unusual or remarkable at all with regard to the practices of state and local municipalities nationwide, and it sends the world spinning out of control only for people who willfully refuse to comprehend basic and obvious facts.

That is clear as long as he has the stack of two year appointments.

I have to ask you then....Why can’t we get a NBC ruling and discovery on Obama? Why wasn’t the 17th amendment thrown out?
“No state without it’s consent...etc.” Why was the 16th ratified when there were less than the required number that approved the language? If these are not examples of attorney/judge games, I don’t know what means what anymore.

He may not need the stack. It can be documented any number of ways, and state and local governments are generally less stringent on their documentation requirements.

I see......Same applies to Obama I guess. He can document NBC in a number of ways. He can hide his long form. He can issue executive orders barring disclosure of his history. He can say he was born in HI. I get it. The government has several ways of documenting his NB status. The courts are less stringent on government agencies.

This article isn’t clear on whether or not the grand jury indicted the British usurper Barry.
