I believe that the “original intent” of the NBC requirement meant the POTUS had to be the children of both a U.S citizen father and mother. So, by that reasoning, he is not NBC.
Why don’t a state, instead of just requiring proof of NBC status....also DEFINE it. I.E. “For the State of ______ for any candidate to be placed on the ballot for POTUS, they must by a Natural Born Citizen. For the purposes of this action, a Natural Boran Citizen is one born with both parents being U.S. citizens at the time of the candidates birth. Also, the birth must occur on U.S. soil unless the parents were abroad at the time of birth acting on behalf of the United States, as in the case of serving members of the military overseas, or ambassadors.
This would ultimately force the SCOTUS to rule on the proper interpretation of the NBC requirement.
Senate Resolution 511 defined it and the usurper himself was on that six member committee. He, Barack Hussein Obama Soretoro, agreed NBC meant born on US soil and by two US citizen parents. Someone should take that to the supremes.
