Suppose a soldier had refused to obey the orders of GWB sending him to Iraq, based on the idea that GWB wasn’t the real President because the 2000 election was stolen by the SCOTUS.
Would you think he had a case?

President Bush's win was certified by the US Supreme Court (our highest arbiter of the Constitution), was Mr. Obama's eligibility so adjudicated while I was out?

Suppose a soldier had refused to obey the orders of GWB sending him to Iraq, based on the idea that GWB wasnt the real President because the 2000 election was stolen by the SCOTUS. The question here is the order unlawful by the president? It does not matter whether it is from Bush or Obama? If the answer to that is 'Yes' well in good conscious it should be disobeyed.
