Action Item: 100% Repeal of ObamaCare (Rep. King, R-IA)

Before the first light of dawn on the morning after this Pelosi Congress sent Obamacare to the President’s desk, I started the process to repeal. My decision to take this fight to and through the next election and probably through the presidential election in 2012 was not a knee jerk response to a legislative defeat. It is a commitment to the Constitution, fiscal responsibility, real health care reform and American Liberty.

President Obama, Speaker Pelosi and Majority Leader Reid – the troika that controls America today – have long had designs to shove America into the abyss of socialism. Their philosophy, political power and cynical effort to expand the dependency class all lined up to make Obamacare the law of the land. The highest price every generation of Americans will pay is not measured in dollars but in lost liberty.

The rights to “life, liberty and pursuit of happiness” are prioritized rights. No one has the right to kill in the name of liberty just as no one has the right to take your liberty in pursuit of their happiness. Obamacare is a “taking” of our liberty.

We the People understand this intuitively and reject this injustice which will, if not repealed, bring about the American decline. We cannot “hide the decline” or “manage the decline.” We must decline the decline by repealing 100 percent of Obamacare.

Every provision of Obamacare must be repealed – not selective parts of it. Not by preserving a short list of less egregious components. Obamacare must be ripped out completely, lock, stock and barrel – root and branch – no vestige left behind – not a DNA particle of Obamacare retained.

With the massive costs of Obamacare, we cannot hope to pay our debts in our lifetimes or our children’s. Under Obamacare, costs will go up and quality will go down. Under Obamacare, we must go all the way to the Supreme Court to reestablish the Constitution as a pact limiting the reach of the federal government.

However, all of the aforementioned will not crush our national spirit like the oppressive weight of mandated dependency. Obamacare takes away the American right to manage our own lives.

The federal government must be restrained to its proper role as the defender of individual liberty.

Love him, also! Do you think he would ever run for President? He was about the Only elected official to speak up from the very beginning when O started doing all the junk he has been doing. He and Tom Coburn were great!

What a ticket that would be!

It's not news that obama hates the Constitution - he studied it only to find ways to get around it, or get rid of it altogether.

He uses the Constitution like some self-professed atheists I have known use the Bible...only when it contains a passage or point THEY are trying to prove, for they know most of us respect the Bible and the Constitution and they will win the argument that way.

It's funny that all the black people who love "the first black president" so much, and back him on anything, will stand by and watch him tear down the Constitution and laws that freed them from slavery and guarantees their civil rights. If obama succeeds in destroying the Constitution, does that mean no holds are barred?

That, to me, would be like a law saying I can't protect my home and family by any means available.

Once obama gets to the level of power and position that he really wants, all bets are off with everyone in the population, including blacks. He has already shown that his main interests are: 1) himself, and 2)his agenda. He made promises to all those people...dangled the money and the freebies to snooker them out of their vote, but he will turn on them, his personality and history almost guarantees it.

I would think his just-announced nuclear 'doctine' would prove something to blacks...if Iran or NK decides to nuke us, or use biological warfare, those weapon weren't told about "civil rights" and/or "racism"...black folks will die too from those countries that obama is coddling.

Here's an example: We all the people killed by terrorist on 9-11, or at Fort Hood, WHITE? No, I don't think so. Achmadenijhad (sp?) could care less about your color...you're Americans and he wants you dead. If you're not Americans, but live here, well bud...you were in the wrong place at the wrong time.

So you folks can fawn over obama all you want, but he cares for nothing, or no one except himself. Remember, he's half-black, half-white, and all Muslim.

Beg to differ, big time. What we (Republican Conservatives ) need to do, is, hire about 1000 young interns and let them dissect the "ObamaCare" monstrosity 2 1/2 pages each.

Analise the Constitutionality of the documents and then present/hammer them to the people in an understandable version til' November.

At the same time, present an alternate version to it, outlining the difference in a concise matter that a 4 grader understands.( keep in mind that, at least 1/2 of the eligible voters are stuck on stupid)

Than with God's help we might win...something, since Republicans are very famous in stepping on their dic.s in an important election cycle!
