We shouldn’t be bagging on him.

He’s the best we’ll get from MA.

We should be focusing our efforts on Grahamnesty in SC and McCain in AZ, where we should have more conservative representation.....

I see your point & I believe that you're right. But please don't forget that there were fellow FReepers (a-hem) who waned you before his election that he was a liberal in the grass (I refuse to say "snake", 'cuz I love snakes! LOL). I was hated on before the elections 'cuz I told you this would happen!

Nice weak response.

Are you sure you want the country on a different path?

Hell why do anything...this is the best we will get from this country?

We should bury Scott Brown and make sure he never gets elected again.

I’m a tea partier, and I’m not worried about it. I agree with you. Brown needs to win broad support and not tie himself to a single movement. He represents all of MA and needs to “show them the way” calmly and gently back to constitutional principles. Getting embroiled in a Hatfield and the McCoys feud is foolish for Brown and for tea partiers.

The Tea Partiers need to guard against disunity from the uninformed mainstream populace as well as internal divisions. We’re talking about MA. If Brown identifies strictly with the tea party people and doesn’t “work the crowd” of less informed, less politically savvy voters of MA, we’ll lose that seat in ‘12. Brown only has about 1.5 years to establish a stable political identity and demonstrate leadership and consistency. He can help the Tea Party movement by being a solid moderate-conservative for MA, which is the most we’ll ever get from MA voters unless and until those people regain their senses more fully.

There should be no doubt in your mind as to what Scott Brown really is:
