If the rally was on the weekend, or well outside of Senate business, then yes, he should be present. But, right smack in the middle of the day... Scott's place is doing the job we elected him to do.

I have no worrys about Scott Brown casting his vote in the RIGHT direction going forward.He is a good man and that already puts him ahead of 80% of the folls in the Senate.
