20 hours overtime a week. Must make pretty good scratch.
There are city bus drivers who do that and take home 6-figure salaries.
ping for later
I’m confused. Has Dr. Mo REALLY been a mail carrier for thirty and one-half years? ( 61/2 ? ); and if so, why not just STATE that? Why the weird mathematical nomenclature?
;-)
He certainly seems to have a higher opinion of his own writing than I do. The supposed point of the article is still a distant spot on the horizon after this three-paragaph aw-shucks preamble.
And now that I’ve read it, I’m pretty certain that the rest of the story is an entirely imagined lie.
Any pictures? First hand accounts? At this point, I don’t believe anything unless it is documented in pictures or video.
No I’m not speaking as someone who was there; but it’s impossible that anybody, excuse me, many people, in a Tea Party would be as theatrically rude and then aggressively hinder a mailman in uniform doing his job, as he claims.
I don’t believe the particular’s of this story in the least. The whole incident probably is not created out of thin air; although parts of it surely are.
lame lame lame...
Man, that was weak.
“the tea party people, or 912 Patriots, or whatever those people who messed up traffic on Market Street last Saturday;
he’s a mailman, or letter carrier, or whatever they call the people who drive around delivering and picking up mail.”
Come as you are, or whatever.
In the first 40 responses to the article there, at least four mailmen call BS.
Total B.S.
OR
And willingly bites on Dr. Mo's Bravo Sierra.
This was not this letter carrier’s regular route. He was a Saturday sub, and I heard some people sat he was upset at all the people in the street who were in his way.
I realize a make a possibly erroneous sterotyping here, but said letter carrier is African American, and, therefore, 95% likely to be an Obama supporter.
Mr. Argento denigrating people he doesn’t agree with. Good thing he’s not a hater.
“Mr. Argento denigrating people he doesnt agree with. Good thing hes not a hater.”
Usually he ridicules them. Must have been an off day for him.
Reeks of fabrication, doesn't it?
My guess would be that Dr. Mo is himself a liberal, who told an imaginary story to his even more liberal friend, the media guy, who then embellished it to the conceivable limit.
Too pat, too close a fit to the liberal template.
Anyone who plays poker with a guy named ‘Doc’ would also trust old barbers and young doctors.
