The truly sad thing about this pig is that she's far uglier on the inside than she is on the outside.

Dang! You could have at least compressed the picture to postage stamp size!! My retinas are burning, even with the warning!!!

Stevens, a Republican RINO, was appointed to the high court in 1975 by President Gerald Ford. Over the next 35 years, he grew in office and eventually adopted gradually exposed his previously hidden liberal views about the death penalty, abortion rights, protection of gay rights and curbing executive power.

So many typos! Glad to fix it for ya. ;-)

When you are a Republican and adopt liberal policies - you grow. When you are a liberal and adopt constitutional policies, you are vilified.

Ok, I nominate Helen Thomas for the court.

Gives our Republican president in 2013 a chance at filling that seat with a conservative.

Helen Thomas says, "[Obama] is acutely aware that right wingers who just say ‘’no” to everything are going to closely examine his nominee with microscopes and fine-tooth combs in their hunt for any evidence of liberal values."

Oh, Helen, you scamp!

Those "right wingers" you mention would be nothing at all like the staff of Sen. Ted Kennedy who went through everything they could to do what they could to see that Clarence Thomas was not approved to the Supreme Court.

And surely those "right wingers" would be nothing at all like the virtuous people in the Senate who actually kept Robert Bork off the Supreme Court.

That picture needs a joke antidote.

Did you hear the one about New York Times and Washington Post reporters having lunch and betting on who knows more about Christianity? Mr. NYT says, "I'll bet you $20 that you can't say the Lord's Prayer." Ms. WaPo says, "You're on." She bows her head and says, "Now I lay me down to sleep. . . ." Mr. NYT hands her $20, saying, "That's impressive. I didn't think you knew it."

We know that Obama will make a bad choice. The only question is, how bad?

That last line is telling. “Us” means she openly identifies herself as a raving liberal.
