OSLO (Reuters) – A thaw of Iceland's ice caps in coming decades caused by climate change may trigger more volcanic eruptions by removing a vast weight and freeing magma from deep below ground, scientists said on Friday.

Iceland is the only (I believe) part of the mid-Atlantic Ridge that breaks the ocean’s surface. Iceland volcanoes are due to the continental plates spreading apart — i.e., the Atlantic Ocean getting a little wider each year.
The Warmist claptrap is just that. Not that that will stop the warmists and their lapdog media.

This is truly rich - climate change causes the volcanos to go off because the tops, covered by snow, has melted away, thus removing weight and the cooling effect “scientist say”!
Only a child’s mind could conceive of such a chain of events!
