Fifteen years ago today, the morning of the Oklahoma City bombing, I was working at a typical Toronto office. Being a big media company, they had a large wall mounted tv that was always turned to CNN.
When I say a typical Toronto office, I mean that about an hour into news coverage of the attack, the young woman sitting next to me a smart, attractive, funny blonde in the Reese Witherspoon mold blurted sourly, without looking up from her paperwork: Jezuz, youd think a building had never blown up before
Which is why I do everything in my power to avoid having to work in a typical Toronto office, particularly after September 11. Not incidentally, my freelance work (such as the stuff I write here at NewsReal) conveniently prevents me from being hired to work in a typical Toronto office, ever again (or as long as Google exists). So, hey, it all works out! (PS: send money.)

Nope, Timmy was crazy but he loved America, Ayers is crazy and evil!
Correction: Bill Ayers is Timothy McVey with a pulse, who is TEACHING YOUR CHILDREN AND RESPONSIBLE FOR SETTING THE CURRICULUM FOR THOUSANDS MORE IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS NATION WIDE.
Yep. In any other day Bill Ayers would have been executed as a domestic terrorist just like Timmy McVeigh. But in today’s crazy world he’s Obama’s best friend and mentor.
“Bill Ayers is just Timothy McVeigh with a pulse”
LOL.
So true.
2012 will be the 40th anniversary of the Pentagon bombing.
Waiting for round the clock coverage of that anniversary...
There were plots at the 2008 RNC Convention to kidnap delegates and to detonate firebombs and explosives (including blowing up police cars with no regard for injured police).
There have been convictions in these Democrat criminal conspiracies with NO coverage by the Pravda Media.
Bill Clinton pardoned convicted members of the Weather Underground (I believe it was the members who robbed a bank in the 1980s to fund their activities with the Black Panthers).
The difference between McVeigh and Ayers? McVeigh was a terrorist with relevant skills. Ayers was a wannabe who let others do the dying for his pretensions.
The bama doesn’t let a propensity for anti-governemnt interfere with his choice of friends, like Bill Ayers. Can’t be too big a deal.
