Don’t be a bit surprised if Obama and Michelle have taken the Declaration of Independence or the Constitution out of its case and scrawled on it “Barack & Michelle were here — screw you.”

The States need to tell the Feds to get the H out of the states. Disallow them access to state land and private property of state citizens. A little known regulation to control homeowners nationwide was instituted on 4-22-2010. If your house was built in 1978 or earlier, you cannot work on any more than 6 square feet of it without special permits and provisions to contain the lead presumably released when painting, pressure washing, replacing windows, putting on new siding, floors or ceilings. IOW, the feds now have access to private citizens houses, for the purpose of regulating their usage. The fines is 32K per violation, per day. No one is going to be able to afford to upgrade their house, as the added cost of containment will be prohibitive, and the poor who live in the older housing, will have to put up with housing that will be allowed to degrade. Govt is not the solution to our problems, govt is the problem.....Ronald Reagan.
