I agree...have the money impounded till the suit is heard so the scum cannot use those funds for his run which may kill Rubio’s victory.
Local rag here in Jax this AM cited his chances of winning as remote. So, there you have it, it is more an attempt to kill the right than it is to actually win the election.

It baffles me why major donors don’t make loans to these candidates until the primary or general election is over at which time, win or lose, the loan is forgiven. That way if they make a donation to a candidate who subsequently goes off the reservation they have legal recourse to recover the cash.
Obama has already bailed him out, or he wouldn’t be running independent so as to allow the democrat to win. You don’t get Ayatollah Obama hugs for nothing.
