Surely, if the a state may, without federal authorization, go to war to protect its citizens from the imminent danger arising from foreign invasion of one type, it may, authorized by the letter and spirit of existing federal law, act to protect its citizens from the actual damage being inflicted upon them by an ongoing foreign invasion of another type.

Arizona's recent initiative to curtail the damaging effects of illegal immigration is precisely the exercise of a state's residual sovereignty the U.S. Constitution provides for to protect the persons, property and sovereignty of the American people. It's important as well to keep in mind a thought that some states are already acting upon as they respond to the unlawful mandates contained in the Obama faction's health-takeover legislation. What the Constitution allows to remedy destructive dereliction in the use of federal powers it also leaves standing as a bulwark against their abuse.

Mexican immigrants are pushing blacks into 3rd class minority status, taking away jobs, and they are the most anti-black racists I have ever met. Over 90% of Latinos I know have a very negative opinion of blacks. I would say 10 to 20% of whites 2 years ago have that feeling, but it has grown under Mr. Unite to more that 50%. It isn't helping that 95% of blacks swear allegiance to Obama over our nation.
Back to the point. Jesse and Al sold blacks out in favor of DNC power and money. Mexican migration can only hurt lower class blacks, but Jesse and Al don't care.
I refuse to listen to the term "illegal aliens" much less "undocumented workers." They are invaders, pure and simple.
