Clinton had plenty of perfectly credible “Bimbo Eruptions” from pre-presidential days; these didn’t hurt his popularity significantly. He generally ignored them. This Obama “Bimbo Eruption” isn’t likely to hurt him either. There are probably others that will pop up over time.
If BO has “bimbo eruptions” it will just continue to prove to everyone what a fake and a liar he is.
