I'm uncertain how direct a "personal attack" is required to get the mod's disapproval. I'm NOT uncertain that the Mormon bashing group are disgusting people.
The religious doctrines and teachings of the Mormons about populating future universes, with multiple wives and having millions upon millions of babies to populate that universe in which the man will be a "god" just like God is now ... is indisputable.
Just because you might not like hearing about it... and prefer to "keep it quiet" doesn't mean it's not true or it's not taught and that Mormon men who are qualified and faithful do not expect that to be the situation for them in the future.
AND... in addition ... an very good argument can be made for the idea that religious teachings and/or doctrines can very well influence and affect one's thinking and actions -- in the present time -- thus affecting situations like that -- that we see in this article. It's not far-fetched and it's not out of bounds. It's all "reasonable" in the way of discussion and in the way of "facts" related to teachings and doctrines ...
These things may be "offensive" -- but is it "offensive" because these teachings are "exposed" and thus are "unseemly"? Or is it offensive because they are taught at all and should never be taught with any religion?

I mean by that... that I have Christian doctrines that I maintain, and you won't find me shrinking away from any of those doctrines and teachings of Christianity that come from the Bible, God's Word. So, I think Mormons should "standy by" their own teachings and doctrines and also -- not shrink away from them ... if this is indeed what they teach.
It's definitely not Christianity that they teach, because no Christian church teaches multiple wives, and procreating for eternity with those multiple wives and having your own universe and being a "god" just like God is now.

No, it's YOUR characterization of their viewpoint. Why do they have to "stand by" your slurs, distortions and myths ?
Why oh why did I click on "everything" ? A glutton for irritation, I guess. And blatant distortions, lies and attacks on others' religions are certainly irritating. As well as disgusting.
