Definitely a RINO perspective, and of course Politico jumped right on this crap.

Left is Left, and RINO’s are the Leftists of the GOP. For there to be a successful governing body in this country, there has to be debate, and no debate is possible when the alleged opposition agrees with the current majority, or if you will the enemy within.

All RINO’s must be repatriated to the political party that sent them to screw up the works.

Let’s lose Ed Gillespie, he managed to get GWB down in the 20’s approval ratings.

This is a two party system. If you dont like the Republican platform, you can stick with the status quo. Your choice. . I think people will come around..

Conservatives are the thought leaders for the right side of the equation. The people who jump on the bandwagon don’t have to pass a litmus test, but it still will be the Conservatives who lead the way. On the Left, the wrong, side, there is a litmus test, something like “Do you hate Sarah Palin? Do you hate George Bush. Would you walk off a cliff for the Messiah?”

The soulless think that the way to win elections is to hide what you believe in hopes that they’ll vote for you by mistake. They are forever hoping to sneak into office through the side door, and then when they do by some miracle manage to get elected they are afraid to say boo, again, for fear that their cover will be blown and people will find out that they are actually secretly conservative.

Sorry, thats not the gig. The gig is to go bold, and actually work at persuading people, winning people over to your principles and philosophy. You can’t do that if you’re forever hiding them and apologizing for them.

I’ll concede that we need RINOs in a few states but we sure as hell dont need them here in Virginia ... except maybe in NOVA.

I cant remember whether Ed Gillespie did a good job or made a mess of things when he ran the party here.

No one in this world NEEDS a Rino.

Those bold enough to speak the truth with honor can inspire and lead.

The lazy Elephant strategy strikes again. Will Republicans ever learn what leadership means? The answer isn’t wordplay when 60% support tough immigration enforcement. It’s called a simple strategy that doesn’t let the Democrats get away with casting the debate as one of race when it is one of US sovereignity. Sometimes the GOP “leadership” makes me sick. We have had enough, most of America has had enough. If the GOP can’t win by expressing the principles of the Tea party conservative movement which happen to be the same principles of liberty and individual sovereignity on which this nation was founded then they should just give the hell up now. I swear they are such a bunch of spineless pathetic manipulators. We should drag the lot of them out in the streets for the worthless pieces of human debris they are. They don’t need no master strategy of deception to win unless that is they don’t believe the principles they give lipservice to.

You are exactly right a clear majority support repeal. You start watering the message down and it will deflate momentum. These guys and wonkish idiots. They are the same group that came up with compassionate conservatives. What ever happenned to straight talk? We need to be wary of these types of GOP groups because they look to ride back into power on our bootstraps. They just don’t get it. There is no returning to the same old soft big government pc republicanism. Together conservative republicans and conservative independents are great enough in number to lead without them.

What is a RINO?

A RINO is a Republican too afraid to speak full truth
about the left and lefty causes because to do so would
be to risk the rath of the dinosaur MSM. What they don’t
realize is that the MSM doesn’t respect them any more
than they respect outspoken authentic conservatives.
The last presidential election should have taught
them that but it didn’t.

The best thing they can do is to get in the game or
shut-up and follow the conservatives. Sooner or later
the masses will understand the hollowness of the
left and turn on them. The current RINOs need to
know that they must be on the right side of that
event if they are going to survive.

Politico is loaded with Washington Post goons and fellow travelers. If you read any valid analysis there it was done accidentally.
