How would this law apply to a class that might be argued to promote resentment against Communists, Socialists, Marxists or some other class of Statists?
What about classes focused on studying the evil history of Redistributionists and other classes of thieves and cultural parasites? Or studying the effect of massive illegal immigration on a nation?
Could this law be misapplied in support of the liberal collective?
(Not that any such classes could get taught in our schools today, but we wouldn't want to give out any weapons against home schooling, now would we?)

Found an item in last Wednesday’s USA Today...in the part where they have the snippets of news from all the states.
Phonix School District sued AJO school system for $1.2 million dollars that an audit showed was spent over only a 3 year period ( there is more spent further back) on students that claimed to live in the AJO school district, when in fact they were crossing the border from Mexico each & every day to go to school in the USA.
They were fraudently attending school by lying about their residence. Phoenix School District wants their money back.
Sure would like to see this kind of auditing grow expotentially across the entire country.

I understand your points but right now I want to support Arizona’s move toward conservatism. Jan Brewer is light years better than Janet Gestapolitano and she deserves some positive feedback.
The poll writers are hoping for the opposite of what they’re getting. Let’s shove it back in their face. If the poll showed opposition to the law they’d be shouting it from the rooftops.

The question that the media (both the electronic and print) should be asking is: Does ethnic studies promote ethnic (race) violence?
This question should be asked ONLY after a complete review of what is being taught, using both approved, non-appoved, and teacher basis, compared to a state college approved advanced (junior to graduate) texts.
If the teachers of ethnic studies deviate too far from what is taught at the college level then the answer is YES!
At that point the teacher is fired for defrauding the students.

Ajo SD is trying to dodge responsibility. They are saying some other government entity should have caught the illegal students before they enrolled.

If the teachers of ethnic studies deviate too far from what is taught at the college level then the answer is YES!I wouldn't trust most college / university teachers or professors as far as I could throw them. I sure wouldn't use their guidelines to determine if "ethnic studies" programs were appropriate.
