In a court of law, witnesses are not required to be living saints for their testimony to be valid or useful.

And “document not found” doesn’t elucidate anything.

Even on grand juries (served on ‘em) you listen to many people who may not be saintly characters but may be able to shed light on the truth of the matter.

Yes, nutcase of the first water.

;-)

Too bad non-nutcases who do know crap about 0thugga stay hidden in the shadows.

What if what the first witness said is true? Why would Othugga cheat and lie about his Selective Service documents? If there is information about Othugga lying about his his Selective Service requirement, it would mean that Othugga isn’t eligible to be President. It might also mean he knew in advance that he wasn’t eligible to run, but ran anyway.

I posted the correct link, so you can check out this guy for yourself. Personally, I don't see why this guy's experience would make him an expert on anything about Obama. He threatened to kill thousands of people, was sent to jail and judged to be mentally disturbed, escaped after going off his meds and later ran for public office and received a few dozen votes. Maybe I'm missing something here.

Back to Obummer, if it is true that he filed his Selective Service illegally...that would disqualify him from being President, correct?

That’s a huge issue if it’s true.

I don't think it's worth discussing in the absence of any proof or reliable testimony. We could go all day making things up and asking if it disqualifies the president, but what's the point?

Discussing the testimony is the purpose of this thread. If it’s discovered that Obama lied on his selective service documents, he needs to leave office. Hopefully Manning will provide video of the first witness.

My next comment indicated that I checked the working link and the guy sounds like a total nutcase.

There have been several threads about the strong possibility of some kind of fraud or forgery connected with his SS card.

Have you read those threads? They have nothing to do with nutcase Cody Judy or whatever his name is, or Pastor Manning.

“Most people my age remember well the air-raid drills in school, under the desk with our heads tucked between our legs.”

There’s no way Obama wrote that. He doesn’t remember any of this. This was happening when he was born.

The only idiot is you. I’m not the one that was called a troll by the owner of FR. You are.

Damn, as much as I would like to take credit for finding you over at Politijab, but other FReepers found it.

Just curious why you even bother with FR when you are such a hero over at Politijab. I guess it's just more fun to call FReepers names to their face here, than to talk about them behind their backs over there. Is that it parsi? Photobucket

“You sound real interested in the trial, /sarc. This is a thread to share information from the trial...not a thread to mock Manning. It’s to share information from the trial. Do you know of any sites which are covering the trial?”

In the interests of efficiency, how about we make it both?

I know of no one who qualifies as sane and rational who is covering this trial as anything other than the joke it is.

And I am curious why you are so afraid of me? Get your pet theories debunked too often? Go on and chase CHuck DeVore for a while. He thinks this Birfer stuff is “crazy theories” too. Save Free Republic from him. Oh wait. I get the difference. He isn’t posting on here and disagreeing with YOU!

LOL! That’s the real threat.

parsy, who still thinks you’re a cretin

Isn't it amazing how every little mundane detail of Obama’s life is subjected to totally paranoid speculation, while every proven nut case and fraud who spews some idiotic something or other about Obama has to be accorded the benefit of the doubt until someone proves it couldn't have happened in some alternate reality.

I don't think you're missing anything.

What's most interesting is why thought he could run for President if he knew a prerequisite was to file selective service documents. And if he didn't, why would he think he is above the law? Obummer is critical of everyone, yet he may have committed all these crimes, may not even be eligible to be President. Anything that comes out of this trial which exposes Obummers crimes is good.
