I’ve always had a suspicion that the former First Lady was a full-bird liberal. Makes me wonder how influential she was in some of her husgband’s particularly stupid and ill informed budget busting stupidities: No Child Left Behind, Prescription Drugs and all the kissy face stupidity with democRats, looking the other way on Sandy Burglar, Harriet Myers, immigration reform.

I’d heard that it was Laura’s suggestion to apopint Harriet Meiers. I always thought that Nancy Reagan was an uninformed liberal dolt, but Laura is even more so.
