Government will do nothing about illegal immigration unless we pass yet another new law.
And now, government needs yet another new law to tackle illegal prostitution.
They keep using that word 'law'. I don't think it means what they think it means.

I’m confused... I thought prostitution was illegal in Texas. So basically SA is looking to legalize it, so long as it isn’t done in certain designated areas?
But what if the prostitute is an illegal alien? Wouldn’t it be unconstitutional for the police to question her presence anywhere in the city?
