Though there was a former Miss America [Ali Landry] in the Movie Bella, a major draw to the movie Bella was actor Eduardo Verástegui. There were reports by many who saw the movie that the audience was mainly women.

I imagine that Eduardo Verástegui handsome looks had something to do with this...
