‘Prepare for war’ on tea partiers, gun owners, says New Black Panther chairman

When they’re not intimidating voters, the New Black Panther Party also holds conventions. This year’s is in Atlanta. At the risk of giving them attention, here’s an inflammatory quote from their party chairman, Malik Zulu Shabazz, Esq.

“With the rise of the Tea Party, the white-right and other racist forces. With gun sales nationwide at an all time high amongst whites, with a mood that is more anti-Black than any time recent, it is imperative that we organize our forces, pool our resources and prepare for war!”

Nope. This level of race-war baiting seems to be exclusive to the black community. A shame, really.

It is also possible to ‘part in’ an AR-15 style rifle. Buy the lower one month, the upper another. You can even go all the way down to stripped lowers/uppers if money is tight, and buying the stock, grip, forearm, bolt carrier group, barrel, and fire control group as finances allow.

The other upside to that is you really get to know how the firearm works as you assemble it. But don’t skimp on parts quality. Buy the best you can afford.
