The word "stud" is used by guys ... but thanks for the very interesting post.

Yes, there is a double standard. One for women and another for men.

I am glad you are able to use smaller words and "paratactic" sentences - shows me you can communicate on the neanderthal level with your buddies ....

And when they do they are, knowingly or not, comparing themselves to animals who have been ‘put out to stud’. The word comes from the Old English word ‘stod’ meaning “herd of horses, or a place where horses are kept for breeding”.

So we've learned a few things:

(1) You have deep-seated problems with men, hence your inability to carry on trivially successful conversations, let alone relationships, with them.

(2) You have difficulty following syllogisms.

(3) You believe that putting words that you don't understand in scare quotes immunizes you from that lack of understanding.
