Look, I’d take with a very large grain of salt any claim that the Palin family hadn’t paid their bill for services rendered. There is recourse for that sort of thing, and this person didn’t file charges.

Any journalist that would rent a home right next door to their political target, is one devious POS IMO.

I may disagree with Palin on certain matters, but these disgusting attempts to slander her, verge on the criminal.

Can you imagine what would have been the Liberal media take on some Conservative journalist buying the home next door to the Clintons, to find dirt on them?

The whole explanation smells ;-)

If Palin really owed her money, where was the suit in 2008?

Wasilla was crawling with operatives for the left.

Grain of salt for sure. I will bet you the publisher paid an enormous amount over what the real rent value would be. If the Palin’s ever owed anybody one red cent it would be all over the news that they are deadbeats. This story is BS, and I love how this liberal writer wanted to call the cops on reporters from ABC news.

sounds more to me like this neighbor was trying to extort money from Sarah and when she didn’t get it she rented to the biggest jerk she could find, all for money.

I can see the headlines now. "Journalist Commits Suicide by Shooting Self Six Times in Back."

Yeah, my BS meter started humming when I read that. I've never read anything before that said that the Palins are anything but up front and honest in their business dealings.

The recent WaPo article about McGinniss said that the landlord was hesitant to rent to an unknown person, because of the concern for the Palin's privacy. Doesn't sound like someone with an ax to grind. It was someone the landlord knew, who also knew McGinniss, who vouched for McGinniss. Sounds like that go-between gots some 'splainin to do to his friend, the landlord.
