SNIPPET: "Sens. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina and George S. LeMieux of Florida made their comments a day after one of the court's conservative icons, Justice Antonin Scalia, undercut Republican criticism of Kagan's lack of a judicial background."

The GOP is not conservative. Never has been.
It is merely less statist and perverse than the Democrats.
Forget qualifications. Obama’s nominees should receive the exact same treatment he gave to Justices Roberts and Alito.
The same Republicans who would react in horror if we advocated disarming in the face of an international enemy, persist year after year in disarming unilaterally in the face of our domestic enemies.

What a load of BS!
The Associalstic Press pushing their 0bamabot agenda as usual. I have plenty of liberal friends, but that doesn't mean I want them to sit at the US Supreme Court. Scalia saying Kagan is a friend has nothing to do with Scalia “undercutting” conservative attacks on Kagan, and more to do with the fact that Kagan used to be the Dean of Harvard Law and is possibly pleasant to know socially.
It is merely less statist and perverse than the Democrats.
Amen....Frick & Frack. The sooner we either purge and/or separate from these SOB's the better. We are being lead right over a cliff.
Fight or die. I don't care if it is a 'third party, a rouge party or no party at all but I ain't going out on my knees.
Always going along to get along as the rats steamroll right over them.
Vote NO to incumbents. Democrats and Republicans alike.
I expected to see Lugar’s name mentioned in the article. He’s my RINO.
Down with the Stupid Party! Up with the Tea Party!
