The GOP is not conservative. Never has been.

It is merely less statist and perverse than the Democrats.

Forget qualifications. Obama’s nominees should receive the exact same treatment he gave to Justices Roberts and Alito.

Well said.

The same Republicans who would react in horror if we advocated disarming in the face of an international enemy, persist year after year in disarming unilaterally in the face of our domestic enemies.

There must come a time when the Republican party rank and file exercises its birthright to fire our elected paladins when they breach their contracts with us. Perhaps the tea party will provide just the potion we need.

This, of course, after the Democrats let known that Ginsburg will retire if and only if Kagan gets clear sailing and a quick confirmation.

What a load of BS!
The Associalstic Press pushing their 0bamabot agenda as usual. I have plenty of liberal friends, but that doesn't mean I want them to sit at the US Supreme Court. Scalia saying Kagan is a friend has nothing to do with Scalia “undercutting” conservative attacks on Kagan, and more to do with the fact that Kagan used to be the Dean of Harvard Law and is possibly pleasant to know socially.

Amen....Frick & Frack. The sooner we either purge and/or separate from these SOB's the better. We are being lead right over a cliff.

Fight or die. I don't care if it is a 'third party, a rouge party or no party at all but I ain't going out on my knees.
