This has nothing to do with reducing the welfare rolls. It has to do with reducing the white vote 18 yrs from now. The minorities are encouraged to have large families/votes to promote the upcoming total socialistic society.

Keep in mind that the minorities most of you are thinking of fear God. They are less inclined to respond to it. But your secular educated native born American -- conservatives included -- pretty much consider any connection to the divine and posterity as passé if they even think of it at all.

That’s a good question. I did read the article which says “They come from every walk of life”.

But I guess you have a different interpretation?
