The southern countries are in such a turmoil that I can understand why people would risk coming to the United States.
Much of this turmoil is created by Castro and Cheaves. Don't know how to spell his name but you should understand.
This problem will linger as long as they keep making problems.
They are behind the drugs indirect causing people to flee to the united States
This is planned to cause problems in the United States.
Clinton and Obama need to take a harder stand with those two individuals. Clinton was cozying up to the Ecuadorian government when she should be telling them we are tired of there drug manufacturing.

They would be process in the setup security zone. The person whom they will be working for would be on there ID and they would be responsible for there where abouts. When they no longer required there employment then an other could request their services.
