Fact Checking ABC's This Week: Most Statements PolitiFact Sees as 'False' Uttered by Democrats

Back in April, as ABC's Jake Tapper took over as interim host of This Week (pending the arrival of ex-CNNer Christiane Amanpour in August), the show asked the fact-checkers at PolitiFact to evaluate the truthfulness of statements made on the show. After nearly three months, the results show far more Democrats and liberals earning a "False" rating, with most of the "True" ratings going to Republicans and conservatives.

No surprise there. Look at their "leader." I would almost say if obama's lips are moving, he's lying. It is maybe not quite that bad, but is sure isn't good either. I would say that every time obama issues a public statement there is at least one lie in it, if not considerably more. (depends on the length of the statement.)

I've been watching politics off and on since the days of former President Richard Nixon. I have never seen a group of outright, bald faced liars like we have in power now. I don't think Reid, Pelosi, or obama really know how to be completely truthful. If they were, they'd probably end up in prison. I think they are in way too deep to ever come clean.

I don't think Reid, Pelosi, or obama really know how to be completely truthful.

I think they believe it is not expedient for them to be honest because they know that the majority of America is center right politically. In order for them to sell their snake oil, they must lie about their purpose, their process, and their progress. Their sense of entitlement as the "ruling elite" is despicable.

Did most of you folks see Clinton at Robert Byrd’s funeral saying that the reason Byrd belonged to the Klan he was trying to get elected. It is a sad day indeed when so called elitist like Clinton and the Democrats encourage lying. America will soon get her just rewards for being so stupid.

I hope that has already happened (at least the worse of it) and in November we start to turn that around. I know, but I can hope anyway.
