A Virginia lawmaker looking to enact an immigration law similar to Arizona's is challenging the Obama administration to come at his state with a lawsuit, too, saying he hopes the Justice Department has "so many targets" they can't focus.
Prince William Board of County Supervisors Chairman Corey Stewart told The Washington Post that the Obama administration's lawsuit against Arizona will probably fall flat. He claimed Arizona is on "firm footing" and encouraged other jurisdictions to follow Arizona's lead.

McDonnell didn’t touch the illegal alien issue during his campaign for Governor. It’ll be interesting to see what treatment he gives this. Of course, I think I can predict how our great AG, Ken Cuccinelli will approach it, and I don’t think he’ll disappoint.

Each of us needs to find out what legislation is pending in our state that would strengthen enforcement against illegal immigrants and network support with the existing Tea Party structure in the state.
We must proliferate Arizona into a number of multiple directions and outflank them, and wear them and their limited resources down.;
A campaign modeled on Francis Marion and John Singleton Mosby will knock this government back on its heels. By forcing them to fight on many fronts, they will be worn out.
After all, that’s what they’ve been doing to us!
