NEWARK, N.J. (AP) -- A police bomb squad in New Jersey's largest city is using a robot to examine a vehicle containing what appears to be two gasoline canisters connected by wires to a device. The Dodge Omni is parked about six car lengths from a railroad overpass in Newark that serves Amtrak and NJ Transit trains. The trains are still running. Police have blocked off the section of the street below the overpass so traffic cannot go under the tracks. The area is a mostly residential section near a main thoroughfare in Newark. Last month, 30-year-old Faisal Shahzad pleaded guilty to a failed bombing attempt using a sport utility vehicle rigged with a homemade bomb in New York City's Times Square on May 1.

A Dodge Omni?
Must be the Amish acting up again
Sorry all, should be NJ train station.
Which is it? NY as the headline states? Or NJ as the body of the article states?
I guess they’re be combing NJ for a white male tea party member.
I had one once...should have been blown up right after assembly line roll-off.
Sounds like the activities of that racist hate group called “The Tea Party”.
Heads-up, ping....
Even the terrorists have been hit by the recession.
The GLH model was cool.A 2.2 turbo...(”Goes Like Hell”)
this would be a JLH-”Jihads Like Hell”.
Newark is in NJ NOT NY. Headline should be corrected.
Headline is neither accurate nor what the paper has posted.
If I owned a Dodge Omni, I might also rig it to explode.
Let me dust off my crystal ball. Ahh, yes, here we are.
I see the forthcoming arrest of a young man of arabic descent between the ages of 25-40
I see Eric Holder, Barack Obama and all the other leftist statist POS’s in the government dancing through linguistic hoops to try and avoid saying the words “islamic” or “muslim”.
I see massive backlash on Fox News, talk radio and the blogosphere.
It’s almost like we’ve seen this all before.
how do I make the change?
I haven’t a clue. Maybe an admin can help?
