How we wish it weren’t so, but McPain speaks for the people of AZ. They only know how to vote for those with name ID. Like the UT neighbors for Hatch

I read that American Spectator article after Rush talked about it today and it is very informative. As you said, it explains why McCain was respectful to Obama and not to people like JD.

“[Hayworth] was too “prepared” and “scripted” to be natural, showing that he came prepared to go for the jugular.”
I remember hearing Hayworth speak in special late night sessions on the House floor. He is very proper and ‘old style’, even when it’s spontaneous. So I can understand your feeling if he still lacks the grit required of a presidential candidate.
As for the ticket splitter, he’s been slandering Hayworth maliciously. The only ‘sin-certiy’ in his voice is ‘sin’.

And guess who McCain has endorsed in the Kansas primary for U.S. Senate...moderate Jerry Moran! Congressman Todd Tiahrt has the endorsement of Sarah Palin, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Tea Party Express, Congressman Tom Tancredo, Dr. James Dobson, J.C. Watts, Congressman Mike Pence, and too many others to list. Get out there and vote for the true conservative in this race, Kansans!

"Hayworth did talk radio for years. He had plenty of practice to be polished."
I don't know that I would call it "polished"..."aloof" maybe. He reminds me of the guy who now does "Family Feud", the tall, gray hair guy who prances a lot...the reason I stopped watching the show.
As a veteran of about 15 years as a radio announcer, I get it about his delivery, diction, projection, and timing. But announcers usually have their "normal voice" and then they have their "radio voice"...when someone is running for office I would rather hear them using their natural voice as it conveys their personality better, and doesn't sound like they are doing the "Sunday, Sunday, Sunday" commercials for the local mud pulls.
But, admittedly, this is the first and only time I have seen him...maybe he relaxes more in a one-on-one interview rather than a competitive debate. So, I'll withhold final judgement until then. The bottom line being, it's only my opinion as I don't live in Arizona anyway, but would like to see a true conservative elected there.

Hayworth responded to McCain's attacks by stating, "If you had told the truth about Barack Obama the way you're spreading falsehoods about me, you might be president of the United States right now." That was one of my favorite lines in the debate.

Rush covered some of this yesterday. He talk about the small number of elite ruling class running our country, they do not want outsiders in unless they comply and play by their rules.-
McCain being one of them.

lol for 50 bucks an hour I would pick lettuce until my hands bled... What’s with this- “Americans wouldn’t lower themselves to this kind of work” garbage?
I suppose maybe if I were a member of the ruling class like McStain it would be inconceivable.

If AZ keeps him in office they deserve to be over run by Mexicans. And that’s exactly what they’ll get.

Because of dire econimic reasons, I had to move from AZ to CA to avoid being homeless. I only wish that I could vote McCain out of office. My only consolation is that now CA has one more republican voter.
