Just a guess, “free speech?” but they were in collusion to throw the election to the Marxist. I don’t know what you’d call it? They’re free to report lies, to lie by omission, etc.
But for Fox News, on televsion, they literally marched in lock-step throughout campaign ‘08 and FNC stuck to its ‘fair and balanced’.

I think there are lots of things that ought to happen.
First, a thorough study of the conspiracy of the J-listers to elect Barack Obama by every means necessary.
Second, the management of any reputable news entity should fire those who participated (especially where it can be easily shown that writings were coordinated with the list).
If management were themselves members of the JournoList, then the Boards of Directors of those publicly held news entities should demand management’s firing.
And finely, if Boards of the WaPo or NY Times or whomever won’t do what they should, stock holders should bring suit.
