That was a BS line. When has any other serious republican ever had the opportunity to face down the Usurper? He avoids all possible exposure by responsible adults.

I noted at that discussion the first person Obama went to after that session was Ryan.
Ryan is actually intelligent and not a faker. Maybe Obozo was hoping some of that brainpower would rub off.
