If what you say has any truth, then why has big “O” refused
to release any of his personal documents including a valid
birth certificate? In fact he has spent over $200,000. for
lawyers to fight any efforts to make these documents public.
I point out that when democrats questioned McCain's illegibility, he immediately presented a valid birth certificate proving his elligibilty.

He has released a valid birth certificate, specifically in response to the question of his eligibility.

He hasn't spent money to block release of documents. He's spent money (in the sense that some lawyers have gotten paid, it's doubtful that Obama spent his own money) responding to lawsuits that were filed. He has to respond to a lawsuit, there's really no choice there. The expenses there have been pretty minimal. Aruging motions to dismiss, which have all been successful.

The so-called birth certificate shown on his website during
the campaign was NOT valid. All he has to do to end this
doubt is show a valid birth certificate, signed by a doctor!
Incidently, since his father was a british subject, at the time of his birth and his mother was too young to confer
citizenship; Obama is a british subject.

"The so-called birth certificate shown on his website during the campaign was NOT valid."

And what exactly makes it not valid? It isn't invalid just because you, or some internet crackpot, says it is.

"Incidently, since his father was a british subject, at the time of his birth and his mother was too young to confer citizenship; Obama is a british subject."

At the time of his birth he apparently was, but it doesn't matter. What matters is that he was born a US citizen.

It was not valid because it didn’t have a doctor’s signature
on it.

It was not valid because it didn’t have a doctor’s signature
on it. All Obama has to do is present a valid birth certificate to put this uncertainty to rest.

You are incorrect on both points. The name of the doctor is not a required element on a birth certificate. Not having it does not invalidate the certificate. The exact same form which the Obama campaign displayed for reporters and was posted online, the official Hawaiian birth certificate, will satisfay any legal demand for a birth certificate. It is perfectly valid.

As for presenting a different one putting this all to rest, no it wouldn’t. He’s already presented a legal birth certificate and it didn’t. And some of the birther claims are based on delusions that have nothing to do with where he was born, so it wouldn’t settle those things.

Of course he would have no interest in putting this all to rest anyway. Obamam loves birthers. They are doing a great job for him.
