Right.
The other obvious crime is that the presence of a mosque would represent simple assault to everyone in that community. The threat itself is a crime too, of course.
The mosque at Ground Zero would most certainly could be looked at as intent to cause bodily harm or to kidnap.
The mosque at ground zero would also create a “clear and present danger.” Nobody in their right mind would go within half a mile of the place.
