That is Bill White Money spent very well...
A (relatively) dead issue that has been dealt with as best we can from the party opposite of this abomination of a land grab...

The trans Texas corridor and refusing to back Jan Brewer of Arizona are examples of Perrys bad judgment.
They aren't "bad judgement" - Perry has a history of doing stuff like this that would make his buddies rich. It's almost a given that if he pushes some big project that will cost the taxpayers, that he knows somebody who will benefit from it.
Hopefully Perry will have a bad enough time getting re-elected that it might be like waking his dumb ass up with a bucket of cold water.
Perry got less than 40% of the vote in 2006 and yet he went ahead with the TTC. If 39% of the vote in the general election does not wake him up, nothing will. If you want a good example of term limits, Perry would be #1. It's unfortunately that he's running against a Clinton crony like Bill White, because I really would like to see him gone from office.

TTC-35 was pretty much toast after its prime mover, Ric Williamson died.
It was toast after people started standing up and realizing that it was the biggest land grab in Texas going back to the days when Spain owned it.

I haven’t seen or heard a thing from White in West Texas. Maybe is is focusing on the major metro areas. Every time I see his photo, I cannot help but think that he fell off a turnip truck.

He certainly isn't lacking for money, that was one thing the Clintons were good at is was raising money.
I just wish Perry would hurry up and debate him and get it over with so people would forget about White.
