Supporters of a decorated Army officer who is facing a series of charges for questioning the legitimacy of orders in the chain of command under Barack Obama as commander in chief are accusing the Army of threatening to "taser" the physician.
The claim comes from the American Patriot Foundation, which is generating support for Lt. Col. Terry Lakin.
He appeared at an Army hearing to be arraigned on the various charges last Friday.
It was at that hearing, the foundation reports, that the threat was made.
The foundation reported, "The afternoon before the hearing, LTC Steven Brodsky told LTC Lakin's counsel that Lakin must report hours before the hearing to his duty post at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in order for him to be 'transported under escort' to make sure he showed up at the arraignment 'to avoid embarrassing his unit."

Okay, fine..."Progressive"...wanting to change things from what they were. Using the post-Constitution translation instead of what the Founding Fathers used, you believe it's a "living, breathing document subject to re-interpretation," it seems.
The word you translate as "natural-born" is "Indigènes" (capitalized in the original)...originally, it was talking about "Natives" and indigenous people (1759 English translation: "The natives or indigenes are those born in the country of parents who are citizens.") It was only decades later--after the Constitution--that this was translated it to "Natives, or natural-born"...for political reasons.
Do you deny that the original French and the translation used by the Founding Fathers states "Indigènes" and not "natural-born"...? Did Obama manage to sneak into the libraries of the world and replace them all with wonderful facsimiles of the originals (modified only with "natural-born" removed from any that pre-date the Constitution)?
Also, recall that it has recently been discovered that Thomas Jefferson made a very concious decision to replace "subject" with "citizen"...and Vattel writes of subjects to the monarchy and their duties as such, not about citizens of a free republic.

Nah, they don't use French..that would show that the original translation of the part they are talking about in Vattel is NATIVES, instead of "natural-born" (a later creation with regard to Vattel).

Something else that is very obvious now. The conveining authority is allowing this court martial to be just a show trial. LTC Lakin is not going to be allowed to fully present the reasons he missed movement, etc. So, LTC Lakin has no recourse but to “trial this in the press.” It makes me sick that my army is going to stomp on a good man.

In Germany there were 17 attempts to get rid of the Austrian from 1939 to 1945. Almost every one was the German military and most were upper class Germans.

But let's take some text of it, right from your link. Are you claiming the following?

Law has been established to confirm that citizenship of parents is not required for children born in the US to be American. Or do you deny the existence of "anchor babies"?!
