Army accused of threatening to 'Taser' officer

Supporters of a decorated Army officer who is facing a series of charges for questioning the legitimacy of orders in the chain of command under Barack Obama as commander in chief are accusing the Army of threatening to "taser" the physician.

The claim comes from the American Patriot Foundation, which is generating support for Lt. Col. Terry Lakin.

He appeared at an Army hearing to be arraigned on the various charges last Friday.

It was at that hearing, the foundation reports, that the threat was made.

The foundation reported, "The afternoon before the hearing, LTC Steven Brodsky told LTC Lakin's counsel that Lakin must report hours before the hearing to his duty post at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in order for him to be 'transported under escort' to make sure he showed up at the arraignment 'to avoid embarrassing his unit."

No, I meant Brodsky.

“Sure, Sarge, as soon as you provide me with the papers for Colonel Remf and Major Fubar. I need proof they were properly sworn in before I’ll listen to any of your orders.”

actually, that’s more accurate then you realize - If an officer whom you did not know showed up in your fighting position and ordered you to do something, would you enquire as to his authority to take the hill? would you ask him to show ID?

Just askin’.......

This behavior by LTC Brodsky is absolutely conter to EVERYTHING ever espoused as proper conduct for an Army Officer. At best, it is conduct un-becomming.

Is LTC Brodsky a "decorated Army officer" like LTC Lakin? I'm trying to figure out who support here.

Yeah...sarcasm.

Many people believe when the SHsTF, the police and army will support the people. I just laugh. Since “civilian,” LE, (they dress military style today), and the military is contaminated with people like this Brodsky.

I was unaware that Barack Obama had issued any orders directly to LTC Lakin.

When the SHsTF, I’m not counting on support from anyone except my self.

So any officer can refuse any order until everyone in the chain of command has provided him with documentation that his command is legitimately held?

What a ridiculous situation...if the Commander in Chief is uneligible, our entire military freezes and has no orders?

Frankly, if the judge of the case wanted to damage America as much as possible, he’d have this guy win.

Leavenworth won't hold that many.

Do you mean to say, the whole army knows this?

“What a ridiculous situation...if the Commander in Chief is uneligible, our entire military freezes and has no orders?”

Exactly - or continues to operate outside any legal authority - which is what we are doing right now if Zero is inelligible. And by his own admission he IS inelligible - his father was a Kenyan exchange student - therby disqualifying him from being a Article II, Section 1 (US Constitution) NATURAL BORN Citizen.

Quite the kettle of fish, eh?

Obama needs to be unmasked for what he really is and brought to justice.

The Army, and in fact the whole military knows this - but they are putting their heads in the sand as deep as it will go.

Gondring your premise does not apply to Larkin’s case. As far as I know we’re not talking about all or even any (in the general sense) chain of command officers. We’re talking only about one and he is the Usurper-in-Chief, The Marxist Barak Obama. Moreover, the fact is he’s never provided a credible proof of being a native born American.

It’s very easy for this problem to be resolved. All Onada needs to do is call a press conference-something he likes to do anyway so long as no hard questions are asked—and produce a credible document. What could possibly be so hard about that? Unless the document does not exist.

In any case, you think it makes perfect sense for a soldier fighting in Afghanistan to take direction from Arab-looking person with an accent, wearing a US uniform displaying senior rank whom he’s never seen before?

And, I know you have personal knowledge of all of this. Not sure if anyone on this board knows what you’ve been through.
