Unfortunately it will get ugly before it’s all over.
they are part of a monster and that monster must be stopped, one limb at a time....
I teach in Texas. There are less than 5 teachers out of 45 on my campus that vote Democrat. Not even in 2008.
White made Houston a sanctury city. He’s a flaming socialist like his friend Obammy.
Do not trust Bill White. He will have to take orders from the Progressives/Communists.
He’s got a chunk of the country club republicans on board.
Democrat-———thy name is TOXIC!
Bill Whitey, The Race-Baiting Honky Donkey
I got this letter today ...
Now we know what Bill Whites been up to this summer: he and his cronies were busily preparing schemes to simultaneously stall Texas rebounding economy and grow government. Its a liberal two-fer.
Twww.BillWhiteForTaxes.comhats why on Monday we will unveil a new website, www.BillWhiteForTaxes.com. There you can track the policy prescriptions of the man we call Obama in Boots.

Just this week Mr. White told the Fort Worth Star Telegram he supports letting cities and counties impose whole new gasoline taxes, hike fees and dump even more money into wildly inefficient boondoggle programs.
But in a classic Bill White duck-and-cover, he “qualified his position by adding he would have to talk to lawmakers from both sides of an issue before supporting a specific bill.”
Translation: Bill White wants higher taxes, but regrets you might find out before November.
An attempt to impose this patchwork tax-scheme was rejected by a bipartisan majority last session. The legislative cheerleaders for the tax-hike have been forced to acknowledge their tax scheme is dead on arrival in 2011.
But then, as the Los Angeles Times blog has noted, Bill White is “unsuccessfully” running, so one expects he won’t make it to the 2011 legislative session, either.
Quick refresher: what Bill White supports isn’t so much a “plan” as it is a way for big-spenders to build superhighways into your wallet. While claiming to want more money for transportation, White and his local liberal lapdogs would use the new taxes the way they currently do: pad wasteful spending and grow patronage programs.
(Of course, Bill White knows a little something about pointing lucrative contracts to former and future business associates.)
In the Bill White taxes-for-boondoggles plan, there is predictably no requirement that transportation dollars be used to actually enhance transportation — improve mobility, reduce congestion, or anything of the like. He has a government to grow!
Which leads us to State Rep. Joe Pickett (D-El Paso), who said this week he wants to raise the gasoline tax statewide. Mr. Pickett is chairman of the House transportation committee, a post he was appointed to by Republican Speaker Joe Straus of San Antonio. (Mr. Straus has said he’s against new taxes, but his committee chair is pushing for them anyway; we’ll see how that goes for Mr. Pickett...)
The White-Pickett tax-hike scheme is a sure-fire way to stall out Texas economic engine. By making it more expensive to move goods and people from point to point, these two would throw dirt in Texas’ gas tank.
Rather than solve legitimate transportation troubles, Bill White’s tax-hike plan would exacerbate them. Under the scheme he and his allies are promoting, Texas’ transportation system would be both more expensive and less efficient.
If we let them, White & Co. will run through all of our money.

If you participated in Operation Chaos this may have put you on the Dem calling list. No big deal - in fact - it is still paying benefits. You just wasted that volunteer’s time and that is the most valuable thing that sorry Democrat has.
Billy White is going to get PWNED in November.
Rick Perry calls on Bill White to apologize for master-servant remarks
