Besides Islam, what other religions justify child rape, beheading, taxing infidels, murdering “apostates”?
Why do we in the USA accept Islam as a “religion” if it justifies these things, and demands that we eventually accept “sharia” law over our Constitution?
Why can’ we challenge the statement that Islam is a “religion”. Under our rule of law, it would seem to violate our Constitution, and those who practice it would therefore have no “rights”, since they swear allegiance to Allah first.
Let’s get this question out there in public debate. The world needs to look at Islam as in conflict with modern civilization. We left Europe, and fought for our independence from a “state-run” religion, dictating our lives.
Why let a set of beliefs, demanding the same, define itself as a religion, demanding the same status as Baptists or 7th Day Adventists? This set of beliefs is in conflict with our laws.
Those who wish to live under the rule of Islam can move to a country that governs itself that way. There is no reason to come here and demand that we accept them.
