I’d like Mexico to modify their Constitution to adopt our Second Article of Amendment (translated into proper Spanish of course) and thence to begin to arm and train their citizens to shoot violent criminals, including murderers, rapists, robbers, kidnappers, and extortionists. Once the drug cartels face popular armed resistance, their numbers will begin to dwindle. (The drug cartels already have guns and know how to use them.)
The drug cartels have weapons to rival our military. Real time satellite imaging is only thing they don’t have but I’m sure they are working on it.
